Who We Are
Ochoa Grading & Paving (OGP) is a full-service asphalt, concrete and grading company serving homeowners, businesses, HOAs and general contractors throughout Southern California. With over 15 years of experience, the company is led by President Cirilo Ochoa and licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB Lic. #1153314).
Our motto is Your Ground. Our Pride. Whether it is a single driveway or a full commercial parking lot, we treat your property like our own and put our name on every job we finish. We do the grading, concrete and asphalt, plus the sealcoating, crack filling, striping and ADA work that keep a property safe, compliant and looking good for years.
